Mecco® Marking & Traceability has been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for their Safety Seal Laser Marking System: US Patent No. 8,624,154.

Our featured machine of the month is a MeccoMark XL Enclosure customized with an XYZ gantry. This system was developed for a customer who needed to mark larger trays of parts that couldn’t be marked by a single laser in a stationery position.

Industries such as automotive, oil & gas, medical devices, aerospace and metal fabrication know the value of permanent, legible marks on parts and assemblies created by permanent part marking systems.

Our featured machine of the month is an N-34 Tool Joint Deep Marker with pneumatic clamps. In this demo video, you’ll see how Mecco Marking & Traceability customized a deep marker for 2D data matrix and human readable part marking on pipes and tubing.

We recently exhibited at The Assembly Show in Rosemont, IL, displaying our laser marking systems and dot peen marking systems. This event was launched this year, providing an exclusively assembly-focused trade show for suppliers, buyers and users to connect and learn about new technologies.

Mecco Marking & Traceability has released EtherMark: EtherNet/IP for Marking Devices and will be demonstrating its capabilities at The Assembly Show beginning October 28.

This featured video demonstrates a dot peen marking system that was developed for a customer who needed to mark 2″ and 4″ steel pipes, and wanted the ability to have the marker attach to the part so that the operator could let go.

While the SuperFast is designed to meet short marking cycle times on production lines, its speed can also be an asset in other configurations. This featured system shows how the SuperFast can be incorporated into a dot peen marking station that requires parts to be placed for marking.

MECCO is proud to announce the release of its new MeccoMark Fiber Laser Marking System, which features patent-pending technology that facilitates integration of the marking system into factory automation networks using EtherNet/IP protocol.
